I'm from the Philippines and the video game store texted me that I can pick-up my copy of the game at around 10 this morning, 11/12, which makes it 6pm of 11/11 in the US.

I was dumbfounded. I told them I thought release date's supposed to be 11/13 and they said it's so we can celebrate the WotLK launch with North America and get to Northrend when it hits the servers. I guess it's also because it's one of the few game shops that offer the game in like a hundred mile radius so it kinda lessens the hassle of people having to travel that just to get the copy.

But anyways, I really thought it's supposed to be like the Harry Potter simultaneous worldwide release. :/

Oh well, I got it installed already and my account's already upgraded. Can't create a death knight yet though. What's up with that? :(
