Breakfast Topic: So. How's it going?

I'm sort of wondering to myself whether there's any real point to writing a Breakfast Topic this morning. Some of you already have Wrath and have probably spent the last several hours in a caffeine-fueled genial haze exploring Northrend -- or, alternatively, cursing your server's lack of stability and punching holes in nearby walls. Clearly you are in no fit state to be enjoying any breakfast that's not Red Bull or espresso. Some of you, like me, don't yet have Wrath and are anxiously awaiting a delivery or the opening of a store that's stocking it. Many of these folks spent a little time with me, Adam, and Mike in Ustream chat last night and got to witness: a). my first experience with IRC (painful, wasn't it?) and: b). a suspiciously-penned patch note of dubious veracity confirming that Ghostcrawler hates Paladins (see above), and: c). Mike deciding to fish instead of go to Northrend. For a few minutes, anyway.
And some of you are comatose WoW Insider staffers whose articles today will be written by your household pets. I don't judge. We're all friends here.
But I am madly curious as to what everyone's up to this morning, provided they're awake enough to click options on a poll. What are you up to in the day following Wrath's release?

The biggest question of all time. Are WOTLK greens better than Burning Crusade blues/purples?
I think we all remember the endless nights at lvl 60 getting gear. When BC came out, getting a green drop of a lvl 61 boar that far exceeded our gear we worked so hard for... well sucked.

My server was rock solid last night. I was really really really impressed with how well the server preformed. We just finished our Kara run at 11:45pm. By 12:15 I had wrath and by 1:00 am I had a Death knight.

The stuff that is appearing now in AH isn't an upgrade over 70 purples. There was a great green feral staff that was an upgrade from my blue staff, but otherwise the greens are typically +50 int, or +50 spirit, or something like that. So, the stat distribution isn't ideal. Then again, it's still early and the quest rewards are BOP. I know some early quest rewards are equivalent to kara gear, but if you are in ZA gear or beyond you won't replace your gear first thing. And if not, then it's a good thing, right? Gear upgrades is what makes the game fun.

I admit, I didnt think I'd have as much fun playing a DK as I have been. I'm still keeping my hunter my main, but DK's are total WIN!

I don't blame you. I worked at Fedex for a short while a couple years ago. After seeing first hand how packages were treated there, I don't like to ship through them if I don't have to.

lol i'm waiting for my delivery but i'm still doing the rest of the quest in outland i never finished i've gotten about 7k since last week with still like 80 or so quest to go

Yep me to, At least I'm in charge. Have my laptop here waiting for it to get here, Dumb Fed Ex driver needs to get here. I can install wow at least so i don't have as much down time when I get off at 6

Yeah, when I saw they had the CE up at Amazon last week, I said, screw only getting 5 hours of sleep, and pre-ordered for release day delivery, since I won't be able to install or play till I get home today anyway.

Ditto, got the game, got home, put it on a purple velvet cloth with golden trimmings, activated the lasergrid in case my bro wants to ninja the damn box and went to bed, only to get up 4 hours later and head off to work.
I have NEVER wanted to have the ability to fastforward through time more than today, I can tell ya that. Oh well, might as well get some work done -.-
