I had similar thoughts here as well. Obviously there has to be some sort of limiting factors to it... you can't make it an instant cast spell that works everywhere and while in combat. This is the list I think would be useful. * Cooldown. Either set time such as one or two hours. OR Progressive cooldown over a rolling 24 or 48 hour period. ie. 1st Switch = 1 Hour CD. 2nd = 2 hour CD. 3rd = 4 hour CD, etc.* Reagent - Tie the cooldown to the use of a consumable reagent that gives a debuff when eaten. Debuff is that you can't use the reagent again for X length of time.* May only consume reagent in a city or an Inn. (Possibly require a person be in a rested state in order to respec.)* Reagent must be consumed like foods or drinks... must sit for 30 seconds.* Class specific quest, gaining some sort of class mastery title making you a sort of assistant trainer... unable to train others, but able to retrain yourself. (This one is a little far fetched but allows for an additional achievement, haha.)Anyway, these are just a few ideas.
