The estimated wait time will fluctuate back and forth depending on the frequency in which players log off or leave the queue in frustration.
Perhaps the biggest thing we need to worry about this expansion is not server down time, but the phenomenal amount of players wanting to get in the game.
If Blizzard has any announcement about this, or solutions (other than transferring realms) we'll keep you updated here. Other than that... good luck getting in.

Last night while trying to fix sound issues (before learning it was Titan panel..) my guy logged out just a little too long and got stuck in a 1200 queue. Sure, there is server transfers off Aggramar.. but that doesnt seem to be helping.. theyve had us on the transfer list constantly lately... they need to just lock us to transfers unless you have a high level already.

Waited over 2 hrs the other night to get on Argent Dawn, I paid to transfer to AD, I should of been refused if the realm was so full. There is no way I'm taking a free move out!

Jubei'thos 1900++ queue today, took about 3 hours for some people to get in. Fortuantely I logged in early, but I was still hit with a 600 queue.

2154 on Aman thul. Every oceanic server is full and unavailable for new toons. No Oceanic Severs qualify for free transfer. All bar the newest server are 1300-2500 ques at all peak times. You ppl in the states have got it good. Come join the 200,000 on oceanic servers who wait 2-3 hours everytime we want to play. Epic Fail Blizzard :(

1.2k on Nagrand Oceanic... My available play time finishes before I can get in to the game.

1400 on Doomhammer @7pm, took to about 8:45 to get in...and this was a Sunday night!
Was not terribly pleased to say the least. And it does seem that it's getting worse, as more and more pick up Wrath perhaps.
If the server's have been trimmed it's time to open them up imo

No queues in The Forgotten Coast either. All going smooth!
