nope, the city would be raised, but everything would be functional, like, the AH is in thousand pieces? put the npcs outside, class treiners? same thing, so the city would still be functional, only under recontruction =P

that would be great, imagine, see the might capital city of the horde or the alliance, shattered, that would be a real good reason to go kill arthas, not just some zombie plague and a handfull of undead in a necropolis
