Vendors clustered here and there, a few tents, one or two buildings.

Have players contribute building materials (cloth, ore, stone, leather) for rep.

Update the rebuild graphics a little every 6-8 weeks (small content patches).

Maybe have a 'big rep' gold donation title to build a new throne room. :-D

Just so long as there are bankers, flight masters and auctioneers.

Preferrably surrounded with a phalanx of level 80 elite guards!
