I used the same 31/27/3, only put the points in Enlightenment in Divine Spirit and Improved Divine Spirit. I get a nice boost in regen and spell power, much more benficial than Enlightenment in my opinion. Also I took Martyrdom 2/2instead of Improved Shield and full Improved Inner Fire. I spent the points of 71,72,73 in Reflective Shield, which I find amazing.

I totally agree with your DPS method, and strongly advise against the use of SW:Pain, unless you have a very low spell power (in which case you might prefer a Shadow spec). Holy Fire + Smite + Smite + SW:Death is enough against most mobs of your level.

Also, go get InnerFire at 71. 15 minutes lost for +95 spell power if a pretty nice trade in my opinion. But my hearthstone is still in Shattrath, so I may be biased :)
