@vazhkatsiI agree. And if I encounter the same guy with his 99% uptime, I'll remind him that there are 365 days in a year. Every Tuesday Blizzard takes the game offline, let's average half a day, sp let's go ahead and subtract 26 days, which leaves 339 days. At 99% uptime, that allows for Blizzard's servers to go belly-up 3.39 days each year (roughly 81 hours out of the whole year).Realistically, even considering the whole year and especially the problems just before Wrath, I believe Blizzard is well at the 98-99% uptime mark. So that IT guy can go shove it. :)
