thank you so much! i have a whole mess of gear sitting in my bank at the moment 'cause i just haven't been sure whether things have actually been upgrades or not!

i need a mod that says, "here, use this! it's better than what you've got!" i have RatingBuster, but that's only good to some extent.

Oops, didn't read to the end of your post :)

For hunters, it's not as clear ratings buster will tell you what the stat differences are, but whether 20 AP means more DPS than 1% hit or 2% crit, that's harder to get. Check out the elitistjerks hunter forum and they have a spreadsheet you can use to plug in your stats and it will guess, but unfortunately it's quite a bit more involved than most people are willing to get.

thanks! i'm actually reading EJ right now and am thinking about getting the spreadsheet. i do appreciate some bits about RatingBuster, and it's especially helpful in some areas. :D
