Yep, my alliance mage has a CWDS, but my horde one was started later, so I don't have any badge gear. Tons of things in Northrend have been upgrades as such.

A lot of people were complaining that there weren't any upgrades to raid/badge/pvp gear until 75+, but I personally think that's a -great- thing. Upgrades are "ooo shiny", but isn't it great to know you had better already? :)
