My favorites, that I've heard so far anyways, are pretty much the same mentioned above. I was totally floored by the music in Grizzly Hills. Another favorite piece of mine is the Ebon Hold/Death Knight starting zone music. Hearing riffs of the intro cinematic there is great.

My favorite, by far, would be the music for the Storm Peaks, just so calming and epic.

Absolutely, hands down, the music in Ebon Hold - the Death Knight starting zone fortress/city.
