Has anyone been able to compile a list of basic minimums in order to start raiding? I'm looking specifically at tanks and healers.
In TBC, tanks needed a minimum of 12k AC/HP to do lower kara. Healers needed to have a min mana and HP pool (the numbers escape me, but it was around 8k w/fort and 9k mana) and a certain amount of mana regen (depending on class)
Dose anyone know what these new minimums are?

Very nice question. I've been wondering that too, and have currently told my guild that the requirement is "level 80 and reasonably awake". But that's mostly because most of them are *still* level 75. (raiders, phah)

Have you tried checking out the "Elitist Jerks" website? I don't know how accurate their current information is - given of course that Wrath is still fairly new and mechanics seems to get tweaked each patch, but they're fairly dedicated to helping players min/max for raiding.
Go to their forums

The only reason I have not gone there yet to look is because 90% of their posts include a heavy dose of math, which only frustrates me.
I will be going there eventually though to start browsing.
Thx

The math is there as proof of the points they're trying to make. Usually its enough to understand the conclusion not the proof.
