The neutral animals turning hostile for a few minutes lasted all day long for me, but it was only in that general area. Every time I rode by that day, I'd aggro a shovletusk or one of those birds flying by. Cool, but a little annoying, as it lasted so long. (6+hrs)

It stayed the same for me until I logged out and back on.

I even had a turkey try to gank me in Stormwind
