WoW Moviewatch: I'm Too Pally

According to the tip from Sinnead, I'm Too Pally is Teagen's freshman effort in the wild, wonderful world of machinima. I'm glad Sinnead mentioned that, because I wouldn't have been able to tell. "I'm Too Pally" is a brief homage music video to that most legendary of 90s songs "I'm too sexy."
The direction for the video was pretty spot on. It had the right mix of humor and antics to mimic the style of the original work, and the singer did a good job of singing with a Draenei accent. And, yannno, any music video in which Murky can make an appearance gets an extra few points for humor. All of the animation seemed crisp and controlled, without any of the over-the-shoulder work that can sometimes plague first timers. I feel like there was an in joke at the end I missed ("I'm looking for work!"), but it had the same thematic appeal as the rest of the video, so I didn't feel like I was missing much. Overall, it was darn good video.

I watched it three times to get all the Cameos! ^^ I reconized all of them!
Beeing that person that gets too drunk and sings I'm too sexy at every party ever, I laughed at every lyric in this song ^^
And GREAT piece of voice acting!
Now I feel like shouting three dozern quotes, starting at ZINWRATHE!!! Passing MEEP MEEP! and then ending at No way I'm DPSing! xD

Goliath and his wife are from Chronicles of the Annoying Quest, so i imagine that all the other featured characters are cameos too :)
Goliath is out of work because he is the one who "drove" the Exodar.

Ah, how I missed the song. Just the fact that this is a parody to "Too Sexy" cracks a small nostalgic smile for me.

The singer of the song is Rob Shepard , not Teagens. She made the machinima after the song was released as a fun project.
The "looking for work" joke is because Goliath and Vlada are from a series called "From Draenor With Love" (they only did a cameo on Chronicle of the Annoying Quest). From Draenor With Love ended on a joke that Goliath and Vlada were now out of work with no series to go to.
Teags did an awesome job on this machinima. The song is hilarious and she really made it that much more funny. The cameos were great, too.
