That's just not true anymore, Gemski. A talented Frostfire bolt has a 3.15 crit damage coefficient, and just looking at DPS for any reasonable values of crit rating and haste rating, they are almost identical... until you factor in hot streak. That, plus the extra mana efficiency means crit blows haste out of the water. Hit and damage still take precedence, though.
