Good experience for myself is that I've maintanked all bosses up to Patchwerk.
Imo, for casual players the bosses can be hard if you're not doing it right so I don't know how well PUGs are gonna do in Naxxramas unless it gets nerf'd like KZ.

I really don't see much getting nerfed except for maybe Sapphiron's constant ice damage. It's pretty easy to begin with.
