None of them is a particularly difficult gear or brain check for the raid as a whole, more stretching specific parts of it. Anub will test your tank's ability to move, Faerlina will test your DPS's ability to not hit something and then hit it and Maexxna will test your tank's gear and ranged DPS's reactions mostly. Out of the whole of Naxx, Patchwerk, Heigan, Loatheb, Four Horsemen and Thaddius are more of a challenge when it comes to gear and reactions.
