@ those discounting haste, it is only true for non unholy specs. See, take a look at unholy presence, take into account that it A) lowers the GCD, and B) has a 15% Attack speed buff. Then consider that stacking enough haste and two ahnding you get A)The weapon dmg to keep your strikes strong B) more frequent strikes to keep your Caked Blood up, and C) lower the GCD further so that you can hammer out about 4-5 commands in the time most DK's dish out 2-3. THIS is why I melt face in PvP, creative thinking. Just make sure to manage your AP and crit along side hit rating if you need it. Dual-wielding also works very, very well in this similar manner.
