"I found rep gain with the wyrmrest accord has been kinda slow, doing the daily everyday"
That seems to be the way it's designed. Factions that can be championed get less rep from dailies than those that can't.
Courtesy of WoWwiki, here's the maximum rep/day available *from dailies* for various factions.
Not Championed:
- Sons of Hodir: 1,950 rep/day*
- Oracles/Frenzyheart = 500+500+700 = 1,700 rep/day
- Kalu'ak: 3 x 500 = 1,500 rep/day
Championed:
- Ebon Blade: 6 x 250 = 1,500 rep/day
- Argent Crusade: 250+350+350 bonus** = 950 rep/day
- Wyrmrest: 3 x 250 = 750 rep/day
- Kirin Tor: 75 Heroic+75 dungeon+150 cooking+75 JC = 375 rep/day
Ebon Blade is a bit of an anomaly, possibly because their dailies are in Icecrown, which means we won't reach them until well into our other rep grinds. As Gemski suggests, the fastest way to build rep with the championed factions is, naturally, to champion them. Do Heroics, especially the daily Heroic, because that gives champion rep, 250 Kirin Tor rep, and a token worth 250 rep with the faction of your choice.
You can still hit Exalted without entering a dungeon, but it'll take several weeks for each faction; I figure Wyrmrest would take about 40 days. It's your choice: almost six weeks of dailies, or 1-2 Heroics a day for 7-10 days. Of course, there's no reason you can't do both, and speed the process even further.
* New SoH dailies are unlocked at Honored and Revered; the figures above are for the six quests available at Revered.
** Bonus rep is awarded if you complete the four sub-dailies for "Pa'Troll" in under 20 minutes.
