I've been using my Blue Dragon for difficult boss fights in heroics. As a Resto Druid I've found it invaluable, even now in Wrath. Your mileage may vary and no I don't have any solid numbers, just the fact that we've downed bosses I was running OOM on once I switched to it. Once my spirit and int based regen comes up I doubt I will use it nearly as much but for now I loves mine.
