I'd recommend for your first instance, do something way below your level. If you're all 60, go do Zul'Farrak. Figure out the rhythm you want - make sure that the tank isn't moving faster then the healer is ready for, don't run your mage out of mana, make sure everyone knows what the marks mean, and figure out how to pull without pulling a whole area on top of yourself. Get used to using CC - make sure the mage can keep a mob sheeped though the whole battle, even while doing DPS on a different one. Make sure nobody AOEs and breaks all the CC you went to so much trouble to set up. Make sure your priest has all his buttons set up where he needs them.Why ZF? Because it has some tricky pulls, particularly groups of casters, but at 60, you can mess up a few of them, and learn from them without a wipe. Ramparts is a particularly bad choice for a first instance because the initial half-dozen pulls are tricky even for an experienced group, and you'll wipe half a dozen times, everyone will be grumpy long before you see the first boss, and no one will want to go again.
