Maybe its just me being old-school and resistant to change... but one thing I've really MISSED is finding unusual things (schematics, patterns, recipes, first-aid books) on vendors. I've dilligently checked the vendors since my arrival in Northrend and have yet to see a single one with anything neat or unusual.

I have to buy them all via the dailys in Dalaran (or drops.) Gee.. thats... fun? I can't even get them in reward goodie bag like with the Shat cooking daily. I have to buy them all. Ho-hum SUPERDULL.

Its made all the vendors very bland and I never bother to even check them out anymore... I feel like the fun & original WOW is slowly being snuffed out one thing at a time. Why on earth would Blizzard change this? Back in the day, I loved going to tucked away spots for schematics and recipes. *sigh*
