I am a resto shaman gearing up for Naxx, and I do have to encourage people get the head enchant from Kirin Tor for the additional crit since our epic rep loot is mp5. Unfortunately we dont get many the itemization benefits leather/cloth vs mail. So unless you are getting the epics dont shy away from the leather drops (esp head items as the leather moonkin help is FAR superior with its high crit/sp and meta gem slot).
