If you do that, then DK damage would SKYROCKET. Frost DKs would just use Blood Strike twice (for Death Runes), Obliterate, Obliterate, Obliterate, Frost Strike to dump RP, then do that again. Only one DK would have to apply diseases, so the other DKs could just use impossibly high damage rotations all raid.
