OK, not an exhaustive list by any means, but helpful nonethless. For lower level characters, I would mention -

- the frozen delta in the west of Dragonblight. A ton of mobs here that have a steady drop rate (not amzing though) of Crystal Earth.

- elementals in Dun Argol in howling Fjord drop Crystal Air.

Fire, Water, and Air can be gotten off elementals in Borean Tundra near Bor'gorok Outpost.
