how many times did the Blues say they would NEVER EVER allow PvE to PvP transfers and now they do. Its just a matter of time before they allow people to change races. I expect the problem right now is they don't have softwere done to limit peoples races on on pvp server to just those races of there own factions, and letting everyone on the pve servers to do what they want.
