What Blizz could/should add, free pof charge of course, is some button in the character creation screen marked 'test ride' or similar that would display the character in a number of different location in the world and allow the player to zoom in and out a little so to see better the features with different lightning in the room (no gameplay, just let the player walk the toon around to see how it moves and dances/emotes, similar to how EA Games allows people to do in the Spore Creature Creator). Far too many times I have had to re-roll a lev 1 character just to log in, check it in the actual world's light, log out again and delete to reroll it with features that I liked better! Such a feature could avoid a lot of frustration in my own humble opinion...

But maybe that is just why they will not implement it. Easier character creation = / = more money for Blizz? :(
