I completely agree with the +hit. Often times when I'm questing I'll stop paying attention for a minute, then look back and think 'shouldn't this guy be dead already?'. Then I realize what's happening...I'm missing half the time. Haste would be nice, if I could hit the target in the first place! I need to get to 8o and start working on some hit gear...and a Mirror of Truth :-D
