You're not. I got mine literally 3 days ago, at the same time I hit 77 and got my cold weather flying.

I just hit 77, and got my cold weather flying, but am still about 1000g short of epic flying.

I only have my normal flying skill I could never raise the 5000g for the epic....3 more levels I can get the cold weather flying so its not all bad.
