I think he might have mistakenly reffered to Feline Swiftness, a 2 point feral talent which makes cat form go 10% faster a point, but I've not really looked at Druid stuff so don't quote me. I'm probably completly off with this....

There was a trinket you got as part of the swift flight form quest chain but... seeing as trinkets don't increase movement speed past 70, you can only get the quest once you have artisan training, you can only get artisan training at 70... and it costs 5000 gold... and you can just get swift flight form at 71 from the class trainer (once you have artisan flying training)...
I think i also recall hearing the trinket got nerfed, maybe it doesn't even do that at 70 anymore.. (not sure as I am still saving up the 5k gold for artisan training myself)
maybe they just meant swift flight form itself

The trinket in question (Charm of Swift Flight) used to grant +10% movement speed to flight form/swift flight form, but along with the Riding Crop it was nerfed, so now it reduces the mana cost of said forms instead.
