Mostly that not all of the zones have areas that you can "see." There are areas, especially between zones, that aren't properly modeled and skinned, so your solution would have large chunks of Azeroth that were ghastly to look at and may not interact with the player correctly.

Really, it's not as simple as "click a disclaimer to use this unfinished feature."
