I've seen many of those who ask for the service of a "inscriptionator" or a "inscriptor" or something like that.
I offer my services anyways, and after all is said and done, I tell then to call scribes... scribes, and I do that with a sparkling smile and as kindly as it's possible. ^^v
It's just that simple, and it works wonders.
