English is not my native language, and yes, I do play on US servers. I am though sort of picky with people who spell wrong, and I try my best every time to have perfect grammar and when I don't I'm happy if a someone corrects me (without being rude about it).

I use trade but I mostly ignore the spamming, bad language, stupid jokes, etc.

About herbalism, I do pronounce the H, but maybe that's because I studied English with a British teacher and that's how I learned to say it.
