the way to get mana back is stack INT a lot. and get haste (430 +- is a good number) to make FoL and HL faster.

i have 27 +k mana in a 10 man raid buffed and my divine plea restore me 6750 (562 mp5).

resume the best stats for a holy paladin IMO is:
- stack INT a lot
- get 430 haste rating aprox for faster heals
- get 30% crit in FoL
- get SP as you can if you reach the others stats before mentioned.
