The Blacksmith should have offered at least to return the tip. Doing nothing is pretty much being an arse.The Blacksmith is not entitled to do anything, but doing nothing generally means you are a jerk at least

Yah, the blacksmith is a dick. You have someone who made an honest mistake and was kind enough to tip anyway. I would have flat out refused a tip and probably have given him mats back or the vendor value.Life's too short to live like an asshole.

By and large, there are no rules that can be made about "don't be a jerk". Anyone can be a jerk.But that doesn't mean you -should- be a jerk.I wouldn't want that person in my guild regardless of skill level. Guaranteed, there will just be ugly drama later.

Save your guild a ninja incident later, have him /gkicked now.What kind of crafter doesn't look at the item before they make it? (I check out what I can make when I learn the recipe, but maybe that's weird.) He knew it was BoP and just wanted to make a fool of the other player.
