In terms of a blog post, yeah. In terms of what's actually happening in game, eh, not so much. I would guess there are ~10 guilds per realm doing stuff in Naxxramas. That's over two thousand in the EU alone. Got no idea how the Wowinsider people choose what to report and what not to: seems fairly arbitrary to me.
