Could this have anything to do with the fact that last week it was only a 15 min rolling restart, bogging down the system for an extra extended maintenance this week.
Guess they tried to do something nice last week but couldn't keep up this week... they should of just done it as usual.

Unfortunately, I must agree with the person above me.... The self promotion of that site has been old for quite some time.
