Breakfast Topic: Phattest Northrend loot

Overall, we had such a great run last night that about a third of the raid got upgrades. How about you? What's the phattest loot you've gotten so far? With the PvP items now available, I'm fairly certain some of you picked up some sweet Hateful Gladiator gear. I made sure to pick up my Medallion of the Horde before anything else, so that was pretty phat for me. What cool epic did you get this week? If you don't have an epic yet, I'm sure you've got more than a few blues. What cool thing did you purchase or dropped for you recently? With so much easy loot going around in Northrend, I'm curious to know what everybody's gotten so far.

I must say I have been very lucky as one of only 2 shaman in the raid I have cleaned up in the last 7 nights. Not only am I getting my share of the resto stuff but any clear enhance stuff goes to me cause the other shaman is a ele off spec. Still mad that I did not get the epic sheild from Naxx 25 man having to spend my badges is annouying at times.

In my case it would be the axe of frozen death at level 68 for my Death Knight (before returning to outland to finish up there)
3 Questchains to do for it, but it's a great weapon

I got 4 upgrades the other night, 3 of them were best-in-slot upgrades and the 4th freed up enough +hit to let me (slightly) upgrade my rings. Pretty good night overall, although Wraith Strike still refuses to drop...boo...

Lolz loots were minez. Well right now all I have is just simple blues from reg instance runs and maybe a quests or two =( I still have two of my zombie slayers gear from the scourge invasion, as my pants had to leave after Halls of Stone

Got me the epic healers mace from Nexus (nice upgrade without forking out for the crafted epic), epic wrists from Drak'tharon and enough badg...emblems for my epic shield. All in 1 night from 0-3 epics in a couple of hours :D

With my guild's poor raiding schedule i am still relying on heroic drops. And yesterday I was lucky enough to get the Hemorrhaging Circle, which is a sweet ring when you are hitcapped.

With 15 bosses in Naxx and each dropping 4+ pieces of loot each in the 25 man version I'd be surprised if you didn't get loot.

Well I find myself getting a lot of greens lately. It makes me glad my Paladin is a blacksmith because lately I have been making some good shields and armor for him that what I have been finding elsewhere. Unfortunately I haven't been getting much from dungeons I ran Ulduar: Halls of Lightning for the first time last night and Holy Crap is Loken hard. You guys were right about that place. One last thing Wowinsider I proposed this question on the profession forums last night and was wondering your opinion on blizzard allowing players 3 professions instead of two. I think maybe it should be an unlockable achievement. Something that we would have to work for with somewhat difficulty so we don't take it for granted.

I got some Valorous gauntlets and a nice 22-slot bag off of Sartharion. A nice payoff for slaving through heroics to gear for the raids.

Knocked over Spider wing and + Patchwerk and Razuvious tonight. I think I was the only one without an upgrade :P
Both of our tanks and 2 healers got nice bits so that was great. Couple of DPS upgrades as well. Only 1 piece out of 10 was DE'd

Managed to get my Valorous CS pants for my hunter last night, was kinda surprised when I outrolled to others who rolled 33, 67. I rolled 77 ^^

Woke up yesterday to find that I won Ice Striker's Cloak off AH with a minimum bid of 750g and then I ended off the day by picking up Colossal Skull-Clad Cleaver in my first Heroic HoL (as well as 2 out of 3 special boss achievements).
Stars must have been aligned.

Because my guild uses DKP for their loot system and the warrior tank is fully decked out in T7, I am going to be next. I already got my gloves, so one more piece and my pet's doing 5% more damage! Rocks.
I guess Mirror of Truth would have to be the other really, really awesome epic I've gotten.
And yesterday, I could have gotten the 25-man chest off of the WG boss, but another Hunter got it...
God, to hear me curse...eheh.

For me, best drop is a tie between my T7 shoulders and the staff of draconic combat that drops from the last boss in heroic Oculus. For my guild, we are sharding a bunch of stuff on the Naxx 10 runs and even some stuff from Naxx 25. We by no means have either raid on farm yet, but it took a while to get enough people to 80 to get a regular raid schedule going and in the mean time people were running lots of heroics. So a lot of the raiders are going into Naxx geared with epics from heroics, reputation epics, crafted epics, or the new badge gear. My theory is that because our loot system right now is "one-epic-per-night, roll need for your main spec", when something drops, it will turn out to be a sidegrade or slight upgrade, and no one wants to roll on it because they are holding out for a bigger upgrade. And there are some people who have already gotten best-in-slot items and want the abyss crystals for high end enchants. No real loot drama, which is good, but I didn't think I would see this much sharding this early.

I got a ton of epics out of naxx25 this week.... well maybe not a ton, but new chest piece, trinket and off hand all on Tuesday on my Disc priest.
Got that +100something spell power and chance to apply HoT on direct heals trinket that drops all the time off Maexxna. I think the chest I got was off Heigan... not sure - so many bosses in one night it gets hard to keep track of.

Meow! I am so in the hole for DKP debt. But I can't help that my gear dropped all the first and second week in Naxx 25. =^.^= Now just to get my Calamity's Grasp.
