I am running a Demo/Dest build. For heroic trash, I don't even cast SB anymore. I found out just hitting each of the mobs with a CoA and a Corruption, then doing Rain of Fire is the trick. I top the dps meters, things die horribly fast and the ones still doing single target attacks have less work to do.
