Casual raiding is possible! Set the rules for it up front in the guild. Say you are attempting a naxx 10 man every night for the week, or wutever days specified. Bring in who ever is online first for the event that night. and make sure everyone in the guild knows its first come first serve. Everyone who downed a boss will be saved to the raid, but the guild as a whole can accomplish most of the content. Over the weeks, everyone should get a chance to see all the content there in rotation. Sure there well be drama as to multiple classes on at the same time on only a 1 spot for them. Just /roll for the spots and the one knows they sit out the next day kinda thing. Have fun.
