This is another really good point: "I liked Kara and ZA for the nice 10 man raid that I would run with a close knit group of people." There was no such thing as a close knit 40 man guild. It was impossible. You might have a close knit group of mages (or priests, or warriors, etc), or a close knit officer group, but that's the closest you'd get. If you didn't like someone, tough noogies. This was especially if they were a class that was in high demand, like druids. We were a pretty good group, behavior wise, but we put up with crap from druids that blows my mind in hindsight.
