You, sir, are spot on. In any given 25 man raid there are at least three people doing jack squat and you can usually get away with it.

In the 10 mans if one player is not pulling his weight, it shows.

Yet the loots are significantly better in the 25 man raids. Which seems to reward logistics and not skill.

But, hey, easy epics. So that's always nice.
