That's what I did. After my druid hit 80 and got some emblems, the first thing I bought with them was the plate melee shoulders for my DK. I might have bought something for my druid first, but I've been respeccing so much, I have no idea if I'll wind up using an item for more than a week. Dual specs can't get here fast enough.
In addition to my main, my DK is 64 by now, and I also have two horde toons still level 70 parked in inns in the Northrend starting zones. But there's still a lot of stuff I want to get done on my druid (I think I'm about 200 quests shy of Loremaster of both Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor, I want to get them before I get the Icecrown quest achievement so I can ding "The Final Goal" last of all), so I think they'll remain on vacation in the inns for a while yet. They're probably already maxed out on rest exp.
