Second, the current stacking effect with multiple HaT rogues is a bug; you'll pardon me if I don't switch specs to base my playstyle entirely around an exploit.

And third, while HaT can pump out seriously impressive DPS, it's totally dependent on the rest of your group, and sucks wind for solo PVE.
