The reason ArP sucks isn't because of the change (though that did hurt it when you compare it to BC) but because of its overly high cost in itemization. While the actual amount of armor removed scales down with the amount of armor on the target, the effectiveness of the armor removed scales up.IE. The 600 armor removed when the target has 6000 armor is worth just as much as the 1200 removed when the target has 12000.

This is not quite true. Armor is supposed to scale survivability linearly, but a mob doesn't have a zero survivability at zero armor. The more armor a target has, the higher percentage of total survivability will be removed.

@DebricashiThe mitigation part of armor is VERY non linear.For instance (using BC numbers, but the basis hasn't changed)At 5k armor, another 1k armor adds 4.1% mitigation to your 36.2%.At 10k armor, another 1k armor adds 2.4% mitigation to your 51%.
