There's an addon called Karnicrap that allows you to define autoloot lists.

You can have it sort out greys whose stack sell value is below a certain point (good for differentiating between unstacking quasi-valuable items and stacking items that are worth more per bag slot space). Also, you can set thresholds for food/water/potion looting, etc.

I love it. I can loot, but I don't fill my bags with random crap.

Not looting at all? That's just silly. BoE's sell well - even lower level ones - thanks to those who DON'T loot and shop at ah's. The very hardcore may level faster w/o looting, but are you someone who's going to grind that hardcore? I mean, I know I don't work nearly that hard at levelling personally. The fraction of time lost looting, just mere seconds, just doesn't matter.
