WoW Moviewatch: Go Turbo Go
You may remember when Irdeen was first reported on WoW Moviewatch about five months ago, featured with his opening machinima The Little Gnome. As feel good and uplifting as that piece was, Irdeen's back for this holiday season with Go Turbo Go. I think it is just as endearing as the first.
The story is about the same main character from "The Little Gnome." Notably, Irdeen created the soundtrack, in its entirety, for this piece. That's a pretty nice factiod, since I found the audio to be appropriate and satisfying. Irdeen relates on Myndflame that this was his first effort at creating music, so the results are even that more impressive. Also, the pet skunk seems to be showing up a lot this year, which is interesting from a meta-analysis standpoint. Kind of makes me wonder what next years machinima star is going to be -- so far, it's the skunk this year.

I feel that there is a trend in which the presented pieces are providing much better machima, visuals, and music, but at the expensive of interesting story lines and story telling.
While there are exceptions such as Blind, for the most part I would prefer the opposite as I would prefer a well plotted story to the upgrade in visual quality. Though if somebody can combine the two I'll obviously be quite content.
Just two-cents from a guy that couldn't take a quality screenshot if he wanted, much less make a whole WoW movie.

I am left feeling confused an unsure of what just happened. I really like a movie with a good story to it. Tales of the Past series, Return, and even Dude wheres my mount are some of my favorites. And lets not for get Snacky's journal.

In the last scene we see the gnome opening the ears. But the gnome has ears already. Who the hell is missing the ears?
I'm so confused.

Mr. Teeth, Mr. Teeth, Mr. Teeth!
Now that's a cameo we can all appreciate.

Haha, "bjällerklang, bjällerklang lalalalalaa" The one singing that is Peter Haber, a swedish actor. The whole sled thing also happened in a swedish christmas advent calendar called Sunes Jul, where Peter Habers character flies across the world with a sled because he wanted to show off how good he was at sledding.
