The Elitist Jerk said...
@ aggrajag
It's all in the spreadsheet. Besides, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the best rotations for each spec.
Ironically, I did 100% of what the spreadsheet predicted I would, given the conditions I play under.
@ Clbull
I'm elitist but not unreasonable. The kick was deserved.

There really isn't any magic into it. Sting, Steady shot until you're 1 GCD away from the sting fading, refresh it. I don't get anything other than the usual raid buffs/flask (if necessary)/feast. No ToT, no Hysteria.
The only thing 'imbalanced' is 50/21 spec but every hunter who wants to DPS uses it too (and fails on DPS more than cat-scorpid damage discrepancy).
Since there is a 400-800 DPS discrepancy between my minions and me, I guess you are right that you and every hunter you played with managed to fail an infinitely simple damage rotation. (achievement unlocked)
Oh and you need better DPSers to compete with. The only people anywhere near me are those pesky bugged HAT rogues.
@ Osi
Correct. Ignore the idiots, play with people whose IQ > room temperature, problem solved.
