Well let's look at some of your statements:1) "They also said that Shamans were Horde specific, that Paladins were Alliance only."So they did, but Blizz had to change that because they could not keep them separate and equal in power2) "They said that Druids could only be found in Azeroth"Yes, and that is where the NE and Tauren come from. That doesn't mean they can't move elsewhere, and what they do with NPCs don't affect PCs3) "Alliance and Horde could never share a neutral town "That was a technical issue at the time, and one they fixed obviously.4) "Humans and Trolls were 'maxed out' at 6 character slots,"That seems to be a balance concern. Personally I think logically the DK only works for Human and Forsaken from a lore perspective as they would have been on Lordaeron, not the other races (the DK start quests make no sense from a Horde POV except from the Forsaken)5) Deathknights could never be considered a 'hero class', "I never heard the "DK could never be a hero class" as once they started constructing them, that was what they were billed as.6) "and mounted combat would never happen (hello vehicles!)."Again, technical problems now fixedSo, these issues have nothing to do whether we will see Ashbringer. They could bring it in of course, but one would hope it was a very rare thing indeed so you didn't see 200 people in Dalaran running around with it
