That's a good question. I agree that it's good to allow small-scale raids with reduced (but still impressive) rewards, but there should be at least a few challenges that can only be overcome by an orchestrated team of dedicated players.

I'd love to see another daily quest hub like Quel'Danas; as I recall, QD wasn't introduced until 2.4, so maybe that'll come into play later on, as more players become universally Exalted. I do enjoy being able to faction grind through daily quests, though. It's certainly more palatable than running back and forth to the same Naga village thirty times for Sporeggar rep, or killing 1,600 Furbolgs to appease the Timbermaw. But yes, it'd be nice to have a central hub of eight to ten dailies for players who want a quick infusion of adventure and gold.
